I truly enjoyed my stay — the hotel is welcoming, clean, and comfortable. The location is excellent, very close to Emirates Mall and the amazing Awsan Restaurant, which serves delicious Arabic food and became my favorite. A few small issues I noticed: water valve and toilet leakage, room lights flickering when turned off, the gym could use a bar, stand, and a coach, and room service sometimes needed more than one call. Overall, a very pleasant experience — thank you for your hospitality!

Like the hotel for it’s price and location. A little bit smell of smoke were in the hall, but in bedrooms all okey. Good breakfasts, good lunches. Price is amazing! In lunch is allowed to drink also from coffee machine for free. Good parking. Location is 10 mins by for to the mall of Emirates. For 1-4 nights is very good

選了禁菸房。 準備辦理入住時房間未好，等了半小時後才好。前台工作人員態度欠佳，辦理時愛答不理 還甩臉色。 進房後沐浴間都是尿味，給前台打了電話讓人來清理等了2小時都沒人。衹能親自到前台去讓人家來清理 清理了一次後味道依舊。 當時也沒有其他房可替換 衹能嚷工作人員再次來清理。 這家酒店最多衹有三星

The construction noise next to the hotel started from 8am and lasted till 1230am. Can't get a good night sleep.And the music from the disco was loud too. Bf was below average. I would avoid staying here the next time I'm in Dubai.

The hotel is old & has a noticeable bad smell ..I agree with what other reviewers mentioned about that. The front desk service was okay, and everything else was normal. Our twin bed room was quite spacious, but the smell and lack of proper cleanliness affected our overall experience. Without those issues, it would’ve been a decent stay.

Уставший ,старый отель Сильный запах в номере, окно на улицу не закрывалось , несколько раз звонил в службу поддержки, так никто не удостоился придти и сделать. Белье и полотенца старые, в принципе в номере все есть, но рекомендовать его как пятерку, язык не поворачивается. Завтрак на троечку, вроде бы есть все , но невкусно

Average hotel, wouldn't say its 5 star more 3.5 stars. Our room smelt really bad of smoke but as it was just one night we didnt want to make a fuss. Pool was small and the kids club didnt have much. Breakfast was ok nice selection. Staff were lovely and accommodated my request for a birthday cake :) but the cake was not nice.
